摘 要:目的探讨PBL教学法(problem-based learning,基于问题的教学法)结合CBL教学法(case-based learning,基于案例的教学法)在牙周实验和见习教学中的应用。方法选取同济大学附属口腔医学院2014级本科生42人,随机分为实验组21人、对照组21人。以松牙固定课程为例,实验组在操作课和见习课中加入PBL教学和CBL教学;对照组按常规教学法示教和见习。课程结束后所有学生进行病例分析题考试,实验组学生进行问卷调查。结果实验组学生病例分析考核平均成绩为(86.76±2.84)分,对照组为(77.86±2.95)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。问卷显示80.95%的学生对PBL+CBL的模式持认可态度。结论CBL结合PBL的教学法能结合两种教学法的优点,互补缺陷,在牙周病学的实验和见习教学中获得良好的课堂效果。Objective To explore the effect of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with case-based learning(CBL)on experimental teaching and clinical probation of periodontal loosen teeth fixing.Methods 42 students of Grade 2014 undergraduate of School of Stomatology,Tongji University were included,which were randomized divided into the test group(21students)and the control group(21 students).Taking the case of periodontal loosen teeth fixing teaching,PBL and CBL methods were used both in the experimental teaching and the clinical probation in the test group.Traditional teaching and clinical probation were taken in the control group.The examination of cases analysis was carried out after the probation lesson.Students in test group were asked to complete the questionnaire of teaching satisfaction.Results The average score of the test group was(86.76±2.84)points;and the control group was(77.86±2.95)points.There was a significant difference between two groups P<0.001.The questionnaire showed that 80.95%students accepted the teaching mode of PBL combined with CBL.Conclusion The combination of CBL and PBL was likely to possess the advantages and make up the defects of both two teaching methods.It was worth promoting and studying further due to the qualified teaching effects.
