新加坡“加强型伙伴关系”教育实习模式研究——以四年全日制文/理学士小学教师培养项目为例

摘　　要：新加坡面向21世纪教师教育模式将高质量教育实习作为核心要素之一。新加坡国立教育学院、教育部和中小学之间“加强型伙伴关系”为教育实习提供机制保障。基于“加强型伙伴关系”的教育实习模式遵循整合性原则、有效指导原则、循序渐进原则、标准化原则与反思性实践原则,设置了包括“学校经验实习”“教学助理实习”“教育实习1”与“教育实习2”在内的螺旋上升式教育实习体系。实习学校联络教师、合作教师与新加坡国立教育学院督导教师共同组成指导教师队伍,既有共同任务,又有不同分工,保证了教育实习指导的有效性。实习教师在教育实习过程中扮演着学习者和共同教师的角色。Singapore's teacher education model for the 21st century takes high-quality teaching practice as its core element.The enhanced partnership between national institute of education,the ministry of education and the primary or secondary schools of Singapore provides a mechanism guarantee for teaching practice.This model follows the principles of integration,purposeful mentoring,graduated responsibility and opportunities,sets up a spiral rising educational practice system which including"school experience"、"teaching assistantship"、"teaching practice1"and"teaching practice 2".An advisor team that composed of liaison teachers in practice school,cooperative teachers and supervisor teachers of Singapore National Institute of Education will assure the effectiveness of educational practice.They have common tasks and different divisions.The practice teachers play the role of learners and co-teachers in the process of educational practice.
