摘  要:由于高中学业水平选择性考试(简称“学考选考”)在高考综合改革中的功能定位,对命题提出更高要求,省级教育行政部门作为学考选考的责任主体面临巨大挑战。为了解省级考试机构的命题能力,选取4个有代表性的省份进行深入调研,结果显示,省级考试机构普遍存在命题能力建设不充分和不平衡的情况。在梳理经验和分析问题的基础上,对省级教育行政部门提出提升命题能力的参考性建议。Provincial education administrative departments are facing tremendous challenges in pushing forward the comprehensive reform of Gaokao,especially in terms of developing high-quality selective achievement tests for different high school subjects,given the tests’special functions.In order to find out the test development ability of provincial examination institutions,four representative provinces were selected for in-depth investigation.The results show that the required ability to develop the tests is ubiquitously inadequacy and unbalanced.Based on past experience and existing problems,some reference suggestions for the provincial education administrative departments are put forward to improve the ability of test development.
