摘　　要：为促进移动教学模式在高校教学改革中的落实和应用,以食品添加剂移动课程教学为例,介绍了移动教学模式,研究移动教学模式的实现条件和方式,分析移动教学在教学改革中的重要性,以期为食品添加剂课程移动教学的创新和发展提供依据。Mobile learning was introduced in the paper together with a study of the conditions and methods for its application and its importance in teaching reform by taking the course of food additives for example,which may offer some grounds to the innovative development of mobile learning in the teaching of the course.
