摘 要:妇科急腹症是一组疾病,病情变化快,相互之间鉴别困难,及时准确的诊断治疗是减少并发症、挽救生命的关键所在,这需要临床一线人员不但要有扎实的理论基础,还要有丰富的实战经验,在目前医疗资源相对缺乏、医患关系紧张的医疗环境下,真正的临床实践相对不足。情景模拟教学是近年来教育改革的主要内容,是指教师在教学过程中,利用图文信息技术、角色扮演等方式,以疾病案例或情景为载体引导学生主动探索性学习,利用角色扮演和临床情景代替真实患者,让学生主动参与训练和抢救模拟演习,反复训练处理各种问题的能力,在实践中增强意识,掌握过硬的急救能力。文章即是介绍情景教学模式在我们科室妇科急腹症住院医师培训中的应用过程,同时分析了该教学方法的亮点及存在的问题。Gynecological emergency is a group of diseases with rapid changes and difficult identification.Timely and accurate diagnosis and treatment is the key to reduce complications and save lives.This requires doctors not only to have theoretical foundation,but also to have rich experience.Under the current medical environment of relatively lack of medical resources and tense doctor-patient relationship,real clinical practice is relatively insufficient.Scenario simulation teaching is the main content of education reform in recent years.It refers to teachers'use of graphic information technology,role playing and other methods to guide students to actively explore learning with disease cases or scenarios as the carrier,to replace real patients with role playing and clinical scenarios,to enable students to actively participate in training and rescue simulation exercises,to repeatedly train their ability to deal with various problems,to enhance their awareness in practice,and to master excellent first aid ability.This article introduce the application process of scenario simulation teaching in the training of gynecologic emergency residents,and analyze the highlights and problems of this teaching method.
