产教融合背景下如何创新高职艺术设计专业人才培养

摘　　要：产教融合为高职艺术设计专业人才培养提供机遇,但目前高职艺术设计专业人才培养在教学内容、教学方法、保障措施等存在不足。为把握产较融合带来的机遇,推动高职艺术设计专业人才培养创新,有必要密切人才培养与产业发展的联系,完善教学内容,彰显专业特色;创新课堂教学方法,重视网络教学和实践教学,推进产学研用深度融合;并改进考核评价,加强师资队伍建设,落实相应的保障措施。The integration of production and education provides opportunities for the cultivation of talents in the major of Arts and Design.However,there are some deficiencies in teaching content,teaching methods,and safeguards for the training of art design professionals.In order to grasp the opportunities brought by the integration of industry and production,and promote the training and innovation of art and design professionals in vocational colleges,it is necessary to close the connection between talent training and industrial development,improve teaching content to show professional characteristics,innovate classroom teaching methods and pay attention to network teaching and practical teaching to promote the deep integration of production,teaching and research,and improve the assessment to strengthen the construction of teachers and implement corresponding safeguard measures.
