大语文背景下语文教师培养探析

摘　　要：大语文在对传统语文教育审视的基础上突出语文教育在学习内容、授课方式、课程实施场所等方面"大"的特点,这要求语文教师要重新认识语文的本质,重视语文功能的充分发挥。大语文背景下语文教师需要树立大语文教育观,扮演好"教练"和"导师"的大语文教师角色,培养"立体、动态、多样"的大语文教学能力。On the basis of examining the traditional Chinese education,big Chinese highlights the"big"characteristics of Chinese education in the aspects of learning content,teaching method,curriculum implementation place,etc.,which requires Chinese teachers to re-understand the essence of Chinese and pay attention to the full play of Chinese functions.In the background of big Chinese,Chinese teachers need to set up the concept of big Chinese education,play the role of"coach"and"tutor"of big Chinese teachers,and cultivate the ability of"three-dimensional,dynamic and diverse"big Chinese teaching.
