摘  要:说课是一种重要的教学技能,师范生掌握说课技能,对其学科知识的丰富、职业技能的提升、角色转化、自我完善等都有促进作用。师范院校一向重视师范生的说课技能训练,也积累了一些说课技能训练的经验。然而,在对师范生进行说课技能训练中,迷失于多被动少主动、合作重形式轻内涵、重套路轻创新等误区,造成师范生说课技能训练的低效甚至无效。为此,需要审视师范生说课技能训练的问题,使师范生说课技能训练回归到本真:说课意愿从“要学生说课”转向“学生要说课”,培养师资从松散体转向共同体,培养手段从传统转向信息化,培养成果从模仿转向创新。Lesson interpretation is an important teaching skill,which can help preservice teachers enrich knowledge,improve professional skills,transform professional roles and improve themselves.Normal universities always appreciate preservice teachers’lesson interpretation skills training and have accumulated some experience in it.However,these normal universities get lost in the misunderstanding of more passivity than initiative,more emphasis on form than content,and more emphasis on routine than innovation,which results in the low efficiency or even invalid.Therefore,it is necessary to examine preservice teachers’lesson interpretation skills training to return to its true nature,which the intention of speaking should be changed from“ask students to”to“students want to”,the faculties from loose to community,the training means from traditional to information,and the training achievements from imitation to innovation.
