摘　　要：追寻幼儿教育家张雪门幼教生涯,可以将张雪门的鲜明人格特征概括为五大方面,即志向高远、情怀高尚;躬身践行、知行合一;专注学术、治学严谨;善于合作、乐于助人;知恩图报、不辱使命。探寻张雪门在其幼教生涯中所展现的优秀人格特质,对当前倡导加强教育家型教师成长的研究,期盼出现更多具有新时代精神的教育家具有现实指导意义。To seek the preschool education career of Zhang Xuemen,we can summarize Zhang Xuemen’s distinctive personality characteristics into five aspects,namely,lofty aspirations and noble feelings,devoting to practice and unity of knowledge and practice,focusing on academics and rigorous scholarship research,being good at cooperation and helpful as well as repaying kindness and fulfilling the mission.It is of practical significance to explore the outstanding traits of Zhang Xuemen in his preschool education career,to promote the research on the development of educationalist teachers,and to expect to have more educators with the spirit of the new era.
