摘 要:受职业外在利益驱动、教师教育体制转变、学生质量变化等原因影响,改革开放40年来,西部农村中小学教师的职业良心、职业责任心、职业作风、职业信念在整体稳定向好中部分出现反向变化。农村中小学教师职业精神的变化,一方面直接影响当地学校教育教学质量的提升及当地学生发展,另一方面,也间接影响其教育威信及社会地位的提高,进而影响教师自身发展。因此,既要发掘农村学生成长秘密,寻回农村教师职业内在旨趣与信念,消除职业外在利益对教师职业精神的负面影响,也要改革师范教育培养模式,提高师范专业学生培养质量,先期养成农村教师良好的职业精神。Driven by external occupational interests,changes in the teacher education system,and changes in student quality,in the past 40 years of reform and opening up,teachers in western rural elementary and middle schools have shown that their professional conscience,professional responsibility,professional style,and professional conviction are stable and partially reversed.The change of the professional spirit of teachers in rural primary and secondary schools directly affects the improvement of local school education and teaching quality and the development of local students.On the other hand,it also indirectly affects the existence of their own educational prestige and the improvement of their social status,and then affects teachers’own development.Therefore,it is necessary to discover the secrets of the growth of rural students,to retrieve the inherent interests and beliefs of rural teachers,and to eliminate the negative impact of professional interests on teachers’professional spirit,become a good professional spirit of rural teachers.
