基于混合教学模式的开放教育教学有效性研究

摘　　要：在开放教育领域,混合教学模式与成人学习高度适配,混合教学模式一方面通过信息技术突破学习时间和空间的限制,另一方面保留利于情感交流的传统面授环节。但是在实践过程中,由于自学效果难以保证、面授课堂协作交流难以深入、教学管理模式滞后等一系列问题,导致开放教育教学有效性较低。真正提升开放教育教学有效性的策略:帮助成人学习者树立正确的学习观,掌握适应混合教学的学习技能;借助标准化定制思想建设学习资源;加强情感交互,提升交流能力;创新学习者管理模式;科学设计学习评价过程。In the field of open education, mixed teaching mode is highly adapted to adult learning. On the one hand, mixed teaching mode breaks through the limitation of learning time and space through information technology. On the other hand, it retains the traditional teaching link conducive to emotional communication. However, in the process of practice, due to a series of problems, such as the difficulty of guaranteeing the effect of self-study, the lack of in-depth face-to-face classroom collaboration and communication, and the lag of teaching management mode, the teaching effectiveness of open education is low. The strategies to improve the teaching effectiveness of open education include helping adult learners establish a correct view of learning and master learning skills adapted to mixed teaching,building learning resources with standardized customization ideas,strengthening emotional interaction and improving communication ability, innovating learner management mode,and designing learning evaluation process scientifically.
