摘 要:文章聚焦于高职院校教师的信息化教学能力提升困境,从信息化教学能力的内涵分析入手,提出高职教师信息化教学能力提升的关键在于转变教学观念、强化教学设计核心能力、优化教师信息化教学能力培训、保障外部政策与制度激励等对策,从而有效助力高职院校信息化教学改革。This article focuses on the dilemma of improving the information teaching ability of teachers in higher vocational colleges,starting with the analysis of the connotation of information teaching ability.This paper puts forward that the key to the improvement of higher vocational education teachers'informatization teaching ability lies in changing the teaching concept,strengthening the core teaching design ability,optimizing the training of teachers'informatization teaching ability,and ensuring the external policy and institutional incentives,so as to effectively help the informatization teaching reform in higher vocational education.
