摘 要:笔者通过在《分析化学》本科生教学课堂实践中,运用生命分析化学前沿知识的穿插介绍,与单调、枯燥、简单的PPT展示课本知识等传统教学相比,这样可以丰富学生对分析化学前沿,包括单细胞和单分子分析,痕量活性组分在线、原位、实时分析,功能纳米材料在核酸组学、蛋白质组学中的应用,联用技术与联用仪器的使用等专业知识的了解,更能吸引学生的课堂注意力,提高学生课堂学习效率,进一步激发和培养学生的学习兴趣和科研兴趣。In the teaching practice of analytical chemistry for undergraduates, the author introduces the frontier knowledge of life analytical chemistry, compared with the monotonous, boring and simple PPT display textbook knowledge and other traditional teaching, which can enrich students’ understanding of professional frontier knowledge, including single cell and single molecule analysis, online, in-situ and real-time analysis of trace active components, application of functional nanomaterials in nucleic acid and proteomics, application of combined technology and combined instrument, and so on, attract students’ classroom attention, improve students’ classroom learning efficiency, and further stimulate and cultivate students Students’ interest in learning and scientific research.
