职业教育融入终身教育体系的路径研究

摘　　要：职业教育具有融入终身教育体系的适切性,为全民终身学习提供了重要教育场所,使得人的终身学习成为可能,是沟通人才成长通道的重要桥梁,同时职业教育融入终身教育体系也是现代职业教育自身发展的需要。但职业教育融入终身教育体系存在现实困境,缺乏制度机制设计,职前与职后教育尚未实现一体化发展,难以吸纳整合家庭、社会等教育资源,忽视学习者关键能力培养等。针对职业教育融入终身教育体系的现实困境,要以学分制为纽带,促进职业教育与其他教育形式的衔接,推动终身教育体系开放、融合、融通发展, 深化校企合作,建立产学研协同体系,推进职前教育、职后教育的衔接与一体化发展, 运用信息化手段推动职业教育开放办学,构建家庭、社会和学校教育的有效沟通机制, 重视学生关键能力培养,塑造学生终身学习和持续成长的能力。As an important bridge connecting the growth channel of talents,vocational education provides an important education place and conditions for the whole people's lifelong learning,and it is an integral part of the lifelong education system.In view of the practical dilemma of integrating vocational education into lifelong education system,we should take credit system as the link,promote the connection between vocational education and other forms of education,promote the opening,integration and integration of lifelong education system;deepen the cooperation between school and enterprise,establish the collaborative system of production,learning and research,promote the connection and integration of pre vocational education and post vocational education;promote the opening of vocational education School running with the help of information technology,build an effective communication mechanism of family,society and school education;attach importance to the cultivation of students'key abilities,and shape students'ability of lifelong learning and sustainable growth.
