摘　　要：知识问题是中美高校网络课程发展的重要理论依据,指导并引领网络课程的发展方向。当前,知识世界正在发生着诸如知识范式、知识形态、知识政体的转变或被颠覆,即“知识转型”的变革,中美高校网络课程发展如何迎接知识转型的变革?一是注重平台建设的多元化与包容性,构筑知识共享的新型组织化图景;二是融合三边网络与混合组织力量,化解大学与政府、市场三权之歧的矛盾;三是获取知识生产者与传播者的大学教师支持,专业发展为数字化教师,转向知识、能力与技术的合成者;四是探索SPOC开发运营模式,为MOOC坚守的知识“开放”和“共享”理念注入新的活力。Knowledge is an important theoretical basis for the development of online courses in colleges and universities in China and the United States,guiding and leading the development of online courses.At present,the knowledge world is undergoing the transformation or subversion of the"paradigm of knowledge",the"form of knowledge"and the"government of knowledge",that is,the transformation of"knowledge transformation".So,the development of network courses in China and the United States how to meet the transformation of knowledge transfer?First,pay attention to the diversification and inclusiveness of platform construction,and build a new organized view of knowledge sharing;Second,integrate the trilateral networks and the forces of mixed organizations to resolve the contradictions between different powers of the university and the government and the market;Third,acquire knowledge production and propagandists to support the university teachers,professional development as a digital teacher,turned to the synthesizer of knowledge,skills and technology;Fourth,explore the SPOC development and operation mode,to adhere to the MOOC knowledge"open"and"shared"concept into a new vitality.
