Multicultural Interaction and Transdisciplinary Integration: The Teaching Mode and Methods Bases on The Public Art Connotation at Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts

摘  要:迄今为止,国内已经有两百余所高校开设公共艺术专业,但关于公共艺术的定义、内涵及教学模式一直是众说纷纭、莫衷一是的。本文将基于对公共艺术专业和学科的定义探讨,提出多元互动、跨界融合、艺术公共的内涵特色,并从其相应的内涵特色结合四川美术学院近六年来公共艺术专业教育实践经验,得出关于公共艺术专业人才培养的设计理性思维能力、艺术原创能力、审美认知能力和工程施工能力四大方面的能力特色,以及四大课程群和三大教学方式与路径模式等教学内容,来为整个公共艺术专业发展及专业教育提供一些参考。Over 200 domestic colleges and universities have offered a diploma in public art so far, but there hasn’t been a doctrine definition, connotation and teaching mode of the public art. This paper bases itself on an inquiry into the definition of the public art major and the namesake discipline so as to advocate a connotation of multicultural interaction, transdisciplinary integration and art for all. Supported by the practical experiences of the public art major education at Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts in the last 6 years, the paper concludes four essential talents for the public art majors, including the rational thinking for design, the artistic originality, aesthetic recognition, and the construction engineering. The four curriculum groups, the three teaching methods and the access modes applied by Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts have also set an example for the overall disciplinary growth and major education.
