摘 要:教学能力是教师诸多能力中最基本、最主要的能力,青年教师入职后尤其要注重提高自身教学能力。结合在实践教学过程中对提高教学能力的思考,归纳出青年教师从精准备课、灵活讲授、作业布置与批改、教学反思四个环节来提高自身教学能力的方式和方法。教师教学能力的提高不可能一蹴而就,需要青年教师从点滴做起,不断积累教学经验,形成自己独特的教学风格,塑造教学魅力,培育对教育教学工作的深厚情感,进而提高自身的综合素质。Teaching ability is the most fundamental and most important ability among the various abilities of teachers,and young teachers especially should pay attention to improving their own teaching ability.In combination with the thinking on improvement of teaching ability in practice teaching process,this paper summarizes the ways and methods for young teachers to improve their own teaching ability from accurate lesson preparation,flexible teaching,homework assignment and correction,and teaching reflection,four links.The teachers’teaching ability cannot be realized in an action,and the young teachers should start from small details,continuously accumulate the teaching experience,form their own teaching style,shape the teaching charm,and cultivate the deep feelings to education and teaching work,so as to improve their own comprehensive quality.
