摘  要:高职教育人才培养质量提升工程是教育教学改革永恒的课题,高职教育的教师队伍建设是人才培养质量提升工程的关键性因素。针对高职学生的现状,在高职教育中创新发展导师制并进行试点实践。我们以专业技术兴趣小组为载体搭建师生关系,以三阶段递进式技能训练为核心构建教学内容,传承以老带新,利用课余时间开展第二课堂教学活动,收到了令人满意的实效。同时对高职院校推广导师制,提出了开展导师资格认定和制定鼓励政策等建议。The project of improving talent training quality in higher vocational education is an eternal subject of education and teaching reform,and the construction of teachers in higher vocational education is the key factor of the project to improve talent training quality.In view of the current situation of higher vocational students,we should innovate and develop the tutorial system and carry out pilot practice in higher vocational education.We establish the relationship of teachers and students with the professional and technical interesting group as the carrier,construct the teaching content with the three-stage progressive skill training as the core,pay attention to inheritance,and carry out the second classroom teaching activities in the spare time.At the same time,some suggestions are put forward for the promotion of tutorial system in higher vocational colleges,such as the confirmation of tutor qualification and the formulation of encouragement policies.
