校本管理视角下香港高校体育人力资源管理模式研究

摘　　要：从香港教育界进行的校本管理改革出发,分析了香港学校校本管理的实施策略、实施过程中面临的挑战以及校本管理改革的实践效果;探讨了基于校本管理的香港高校的体育人力资源管理模式的优势和创新,从发展流程与管理规则、招聘与聘任制度、人才发展战略三方面,阐述了其如何保障体育人力资源管理体系的高效运作,以期为高校体育人力资源管理提供参考.Starting from the school-based management reform in Hong Kong’s education field,this paper analyzes the implementation strategies,challenges in the implementation process and the practical effect of the school-based management reform in Hong Kong’s universities,and probes into the advantages and innovations of the sports human resource management mode.In the aspects of development process and management rules,recruitment and appointment system,and talent development strategy,the paper expounds how to ensure the efficient operation of sports human resource management system,with a view to providing reference for sports human resource management in colleges and universities in Hong Kong.
