摘  要:我国大陆老年教育历经三十余年发展,仍面临政策法规不完善、办学模式有待改进、高校资源未充分利用以及课程体系未完善等诸多难题。为解决我国大陆老年教育的问题,应当积极吸取其他国家和地区发展老年教育的先进经验。通过文献分析以及比较研究,借鉴日本和我国台湾地区老年教育在政策法规、办学模式、课程体系三方面的丰富经验,对我们老年教育的发展,在完善老年教育政策法规、大力引入民间力量,支持老年教育办学、鼓励高校开放,校社融合、构建丰富完备的课程体系等方面有着重要启示。After more than 30 years of development,our old-age education still faces many difficult problems such as imperfected policies and regulations,the need to improve the school-running models,the underutilization of university resources and the incomplete curriculum system.In order to solve the problem of old-age education,we should draw on the advanced experience of developing old-age education in other countries and regions actively.Through literature analysis and comparative study,we drawing on the rich experience of old-age education in Japan and Taiwan in three aspects:policy and regulation,school-running model and curriculum system.There are important enlightenments for our old-age education in improving old-age education policies and regulations,vigorously introducing non-governmental forces,supporting the running of old-age education,encouraging the opening of colleges,integrating school and society,and constructing a rich and complete curriculum system.
