摘 要:本研究运用问卷调查对河北省乡村小学教师继续教育的现状及其需求情况进行了全面、系统和深入的调查研究。结果显示,教师继续教育频次较多,培训的组织实施以专家授课、讲座为主要形式,侧重的是一线名师传递与教育教学实践密切相关的知识和技能,这在一定程度上提升了教师队伍的整体水平。但目前的继续教育模式强调集中、统一,忽视了教师专业发展的群体差异性、渐进性,忽视了乡村教育和教师的实际需要,不利于教师专业水平进一步提升。乡村小学教师具有接受继续教育强烈意愿和积极的动机,希望获得更加自由的、符合教师个体和乡村实际的继续教育,但在专业素养发展需求方面具有认识的局限性。In this study,a comprehensive,systematic and in-depth survey was conducted on the status quo and needs of continuing education of rural primary school teachers in Hebei Province by means of questionnaires.The results show that teachers’ continuing education is frequent,and the main forms of training are expert lectures and lectures.The emphasis is on the first-line famous teachers to transfer knowledge and skills closely related to the practice of education and teaching,which to a certain extent is conducive to the improvement of the overall level of teachers.However,the current continuing education model emphasizes centralization and unification,ignores the group differences and gradualness of teacher professional development,and ignores the actual needs of rural education and teachers,which is not conducive to the further improvement of teachers’ professional level.Rural primary school teachers have strong will and positive motivation for continuing education.They hope to get more free continuing education,which is in line with teachers’ individual and rural reality.However,they have limitations in understanding the needs of professional literacy development.
