摘 要:目的探讨"PBL+CBL+TBL联合SP"教学法在住院医师规范化培训医患沟通执业技能中的应用效果。方法选在医院住培的2017级大连医科大学并轨研究生54人,随机分为2组,每组27人,对照组采用LBL教学法,试验组采用"PBL+CBL+TBL联合SP"教学法,通过SEGUE技能评价表、理论和实践技能考核及患者满意度调查进行评估分析。结果2组学员理论和实践技能考核成绩无明显差异(P>0.05);但用SEGUE量表对2组学员医患沟通技能进行评价、患者满意度调查,试验组学员均高于对照组学员,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论"PBL+CBL+TBL联合SP"教学法能提高住培学员医患沟通执业技能能力。Objective To explore the application effect of"PBL+CBL+TBL combined with SP"teaching method for standardization training of residents in doctor-patient communication skills.Methods 54 postgraduates of Dalian Medical University were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 27 students in each.LBL teaching method was used in the control group,and"PBL+CBL+TBL combined with SP"teaching method was used in the experimental group.The SEGUE skill evaluation form,theoretical and practical skill assessment and patient satisfaction survey were used for evaluation and analysis.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in theory and skill assessment scores(P>0.05).However,there were statistically significant between the two groups in the doctor-patient communication skills evaluated and the patients’satisfaction investigated with the SEGUE scale(P<0.01).The students in the experimental group were all higher than those in the control group.Conclusion The teaching method of"PBL+CBL+TBL combined with SP"can improve the doctor-patient communication and practice skills of the standardization training of residents.
