摘 要:中小学心理健康教育工作的开展是实现学生全面发展和实施素质教育的需要。采用自编问卷,选取104位心理教师和363位班主任作为被试,对中小学心理健康教育的工作重点、制约因素及家校合作进行调查。结果表明,对于心理健康教育的工作重点,心理教师和班主任在“改进学习方法或习惯”“行为的自我管理”等方面存在认知上的一致性,但班主任更看重学生的“情绪调节”“行为的自我管理”“应对危险或伤害情境”,而心理教师更看重“亲子沟通”,对很多学生心理行为问题的敏感度和关注度比班主任更高;在心理健康教育工作的制约因素上,心理教师和班主任都认为“缺乏专业的心理教师”是重要因素之一,但心理教师对“缺乏必要的工作经费”“心理教师的专业训练不充分”“领导重视和支持不足”“缺乏相应的评估考核机制”的关注显著多于班主任,班主任对“家长的参与和配合程度低”的关注显著多于心理教师;在通过家校合作开展心理健康教育工作方面,班主任更注重“和家长面谈提供教育建议”,心理教师更多采用“面对面咨询建议”“向家长发放宣传资料”的方式。在此基础之上,对中小学提升心理健康教育实践水平提出建议对全体学生开展发展性心理健康教育,为部分学生开展预防性、治疗性心理健康教育,为家长开展亲职教育。The development of the mental health education in primary and secondary schools is the need to realize the comprehensive development of students and the implementation of quality education.Using a self-designed questionnaire,104 mental health teachers and 363 Banzhurens have been investigated on the key points,restriction factors and home-school cooperation of the mental health education in primary and secondary schools.The results show as follows:as for the key points of mental health education,mental health teachers and Banzhurens have the cognitive consistency in“improving learning methods or habits”,“self-management of behavior”,but Banzhurens pay more attention to students’“emotional regulation”,“self-management of behavior”,“coping with dangerous or hurtful situations”,while mental health teachers pay more attention to“parent-child communication”,and are more sensitive and concerned about the psychological behavior problems of students than Banzhurens;in terms of the restriction factors of mental health education,both mental health teachers and Banzhurens think that“the lack of professional mental health teachers”is one of the important factors,however,mental health teachers pay more attention to“the lack of necessary working funds”,“the insufficient professional training of mental health teachers”,“the insufficient attention and support from leaders”,“the lack of corresponding evaluation mechanism”than Banzhurens,and Banzhurens pay more attention to“the low parental participation and cooperation”than mental health teachers;in the aspect of the home-school cooperation of mental health education,Banzhurens prefer“the face-to-face consultation with parents to provide education suggestions”,while mental health teachers prefer“the face-to-face consultation with parents to ask for suggestions”such as“distributing publicity materials to parents”.On this basis,some suggestions are put forward to improve the mental health education in primary and seconda
