摘  要:国务院印发《国家职业教育改革实施方案》明确指出,职业教育是不同于普通教育的教育类型。通过分析国家对职业教育改革的一系列文件通知可知,高等职业院校在办学目标、专业建设目标和教师队伍建设目标等方面与以往参照本科教育的模式发生了很大的变化,高等职业院校改革发展面临巨大的挑战。为适应职业教育这种类型教育,高等职业院校可从以冲击国家级教学成果奖为抓手,以提升教师能力水平为着力点,以赛促研、以赛促教、以赛促学,政策制度的保障等方面加强内涵建设。The Implementation Plan of National Vocational Education Reform issued by the State Council clearly points out that vocational education is a type of education different from general education.Based on the analysis of a series of national vocational education reform documents,it’s found that great changes have taken place in the objectives of school running,specialty construction and teaching staff construction in higher vocational colleges compared with the previous model of referring to undergraduate education,leading to great challenges facing the reform and development in higher vocational colleges.In order to adapt to the type one of vocational education,this paper holds that it’s necessary for higher vocational colleges to strengthen the connotation construction,such as focusing on the impact of national teaching achievement awards and improving teachers’ability so as to promote research,teaching and learning by competition,and guaranteeing the related policies and systems.
