摘  要:分层教学是当前高校思政课程开展的创新路径,这种教学方式对学生学习更具有说服力。分层教学应以激励学生、尊重学生为教学原则,充分发挥思政教育的感染力和实效性,让思政内容更为贴近学生的生活和社会实际,明确学生之间存在的差异性,针对性的进行教育,是增强思政课程有效性的主要方法。本文阐述了高校思政课开展分层教学法的含义和作用,并提及了开展分层教学时容易出现的问题和主要开展方式,以期能够促进高校思政课程利用分层教学有效提升教学质量。Stratified teaching is an innovative way to carry out ideological and political courses in Colleges and universities,which is more convincing for students to learn.Stratified teaching should take encouraging students and respecting students as its teaching principle,give full play to the appeal and effectiveness of Ideological and political education,make the content of Ideological and political education closer to students’ life and social reality,clarify the differences among students,and carry out targeted education,which is the main method to enhance the effectiveness of Ideological and political courses.This paper expounds the meaning and function of layered teaching method in Ideological and political courses in Colleges and universities,and points out the problems and main ways to carry out layered teaching,so as to promote the use of layered teaching in Ideological and political courses in Colleges and universities to effectively improve the quality of teaching.
