摘　　要：在全球化背景下,英语知识的应用空间进一步扩展。高职院校应依据现代产业链的岗位群特征,增强英语教学的实效性。基于这一认知,本文将首先对职业岗位群的发展与特征进行介绍。之后,将进一步分析高职院校英语教学的不足之处。最后,将依据岗位群的主要特征,提出高职院校英语教学体系的构建策略。Under the background of globalization,the application space of English knowledge has been further expanded.Higher vocational colleges should enhance the effectiveness of English teaching according to the characteristics of post groups in modern industrial chain.Based on this understanding,this paper will first introduce the development and characteristics of professional post groups.After that,the shortcomings of English teaching in higher vocational colleges will be further analyzed.Finally,according to the main characteristics of the post group,this paper puts forward the construction strategies of English teaching system in Higher Vocational colleges.
