摘  要:低聚半乳糖(GOS)是一种天然存在的功能性低聚糖,具有特殊的理化性质及生理功能,被广泛应用于各类食品、保健品及医药制品中。目前,商业化生物产品的纯度以GOS-27液/粉、GOS-57液为主,产品纯度、剂型以及质量稳定性不能满足国内日益增长的营养健康产品对高质量低聚半乳糖的需求,限制着其应用范围。研究开发高纯度GOS产品的高效制备技术满足市场需求,具有极为重要的意义。鉴于此,本文对高纯度低聚半乳糖的生产工艺进行了综述,为获得高纯度低聚半乳糖提供新的思路和理论支撑。最后对高纯度的GOS的制备工艺进行了展望。Galacto-oligosaccharide(galactooligosaccharides,GOS)is a functional oligosaccharide with special physical and chemical properties as well as peculiar physiological functions,and widely used in various foods,health products and pharmaceutical products.At present,the purity of commercial bio-products is mainly GOS-27 liquid/powder and GOS-57 liquid.The purity,dosage form and quality stability of the products cannot meet the demand of high-quality galactooligosaccharides in the domestic nutritional health products,limit its scope of application.It is of great significance to research and develop high-efficiency preparation technology for high-purity GOS products to meet market demand.Therefore,in this paper,the production process of high purity galactooligosaccharide is summarized,which provides new ideas and theoretical support for obtaining high purity galactooligosaccharides.Finally,the preparation process of high-purity GOS is prospected.
