摘  要:《生物工艺学原理》是通过讲述利用生物体或其组成部分为人类进行某种服务的一般技术的过程原理、工艺技术、生物反应器及其控制等。教学过程中,部分同学在平时课程学习时不重视,到期末考试就突击和死记硬背,存在学生为考试而学习,考完试遗忘的现象。因此在授课过程中,重视教学目标和育人功能的实现,提高学生的民族自豪感,培养精益求精的精神和创新精神十分必要。开展教学模式改革,通过“学生为主”的教学方式、合理划分教学内容、开放式作业的设置和改变考核模式,激发学生的学习兴趣,培养学生的思维能力,提高教学效果。Principles of Biotechnology is general process principle,technology,bioreactor and its control to human serve by using organism or its components.In the process of teaching,some students are lazy in the usual course learning,and they make a concentrated effort to memorize course contents at the end of the period.This phenomenon is only study for the exam,and it forgets easily course contents after the exam.Therefore,we carried out the reform of teaching mode of Principles of Biotechnology.In the course of teaching,we attached importance to the realization of teaching objectives and educational functions.Knowing the traditional technology of food fermentation,the links of fermentation and the technical differences at home and abroad improved the national pride of students,and cultivate the spirit of excellence and innovation.Through the Learner-Based Teaching method,reasonable division of teaching content,the setting of open assignments and change of assessment mode,students'interest in learning was stimulated,and students'thinking ability was cultivated.Those methods improved teaching effect.
