摘  要:学科教学知识(即PCK)是教师专业发展的重要内容,也是教师知识基础的核心。当今高校青年教师普遍学历较高,学科专业知识较强,但在教学中往往存在教学质量不理想的现象。在阐释PCK概念及教师教学知识和能力的基础上,基于PCK视角分析当前高校青年教师教学知识及能力不足的几个问题,提出了几点提升高校青年教师教学知识水平及能力的对策。Subject teaching knowledge(PCK)is an important part of teacher professional development,and is also the core of teachers′knowledge.Nowadays,young teachers in colleges and universities generally have higher academic qualifications,and better professional knowledge of the subject.However,the quality of their teaching practice is usually not satisfactory.On the basis of explaining the concept of PCK and the teaching knowledge and ability of teachers,and from the perspective of PCK,this paper analyzes several problems of insufficient teaching knowledge and ability of young teachers in colleges and universities and proposes several countermeasures.
