摘 要:为了能更好地满足上海市经济社会发展对焙烤食品行业高素质高技能型人才需求,此次研究从调研食品行业人才结构现状、企业人才需求状况入手,分析焙烤食品行业岗位设置对人才结构类型的要求、岗位对知识技能的要求等,为专业人才培养方案及课程设置提供指导,使焙烤食品专业人才培养和行业企业需求对接,保证人才培养质量,服务上海市产业升级发展。In this study,the current structure and demand of talents in food industry were surveyed in order to meet the demand of talents with high-leveled quality and skill for the social and economic development of Shanghai.Then,analyze the position setting demand of bakery food industry for the type of talent structure,knowledge and skills to provide guidance for making training plan and curriculum provision.Finally,promote the docking between talent cultivation of bakery food industry and enterprise demand for ensuring personal fostering quality and severing the industrial upgrading development in shanghai.
