摘　　要：新的时代背景以及社区教育供给侧存在的结构性矛盾,要求我国社区教育从供给端发力进行结构性改革。具体来说,新的时代背景下,社区教育发展面临规模提升较快但质量提升滞后、发展水平结构性失衡及"无效供给"过剩与"有效供给"不足的矛盾。可以通过建立城乡社区教育统筹治理的体制机制、优化和完善社区教育制度结构、构建多主体协同治理模式、发展现代化社区教育等举措,大力推进我国社区教育供给侧结构性改革。The new era background and the structural contradictions on the supply-side of community education require China’s community education to exert structural reforms from the supply-side.Under the new background,the development of community education confronts with the contradictions between scale development and quality enhancement,structural unbalance of development level,and surplus of ineffective supply and shortage of effective supply,We can vigorously promote the structural reform of supply-side of community education in China by establishing institutional mechanism for urban and rural community education and overall management,optimizing and improving the structure of community education,building a multi-agent collaborative governance model,and developing modern community education.
