论教师教学语言的教育性及其实现

摘　　要：教师教学语言最本质的特点是符合教育本质和教学要求。衡量教师教学语言素养的内在重要标准是教师在教学语言运用方面的合教育性的价值追求。教师教学语言应体现教育本质的内在要求,关注学生在教学活动中的获得感,具有启发思考和激发思维的魅力;同时,教师教学语言需在追求合伦理道德的过程中融入情感,并能感染学生。从内在根源来说,要真正彰显教师的课堂语言价值,就要超越语言运用的技能层面,关涉教师的教育理解和教育情感,需从更深刻的教育理念澄清、教学价值追求和教育情感积淀等方面予以提升。Teachers'teaching language is not only instrumental.Its core and essential characteristics should be in accordance with the nature of education and teaching requirements.The intrinsic important criterion to measure teachers'language quality in teaching should be teachers'pursuit of educational value in the use of teaching language.Teachers'teaching language should reflect the educational inherent requirements.Teaching activities should give students a sense of gain,the charm of inspiring thinking and stimulating thinking.At the same time,teachers'teaching language must integrate emotions in the pursuit of ethics,and infect students.From the internal root,to really highlight the value of teachers'teaching language,must beyond the skill level of language use,Paying attention to teachers'educational understanding,educational emotion,education concept clarification,teaching value pursue and the education emotion accumulation.
