摘 要:目的:通过问卷调查,分析护理专业学生人文关怀能力现状,了解影响护生人文关怀能力的相关因素,基于隐性课程视角,培养并提升护生人文关怀能力。方法:随机抽取吉林省内医学院校护理专业大一学生455名,应用关怀能力评价量表进行问卷调查。结果:护理专业学生具备一定的人文关怀能力,认知维度得分(63.39±11.02)分;勇气维度得分(69.04±10.70)分;耐心维度得分(47.28±9.54)分。学生的人文关怀能力受到学生是否熟悉护理人文关怀内容、学校的人文关怀氛围是否浓厚、民族、是否担任过班干部、性别、自己既往健康状况、是否有过照顾患者的经历、生活在一个充满关爱的家庭里等8个因素的影响,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。 结论:将人文关怀内容融入课程设计、校园活动以及校园文化建设,有助于提升护生人文关怀能力。Objective Through questionnaire survey, we analyze the current situation of nursing students' humanistic care ability, understand the relevant factors affecting nursing students' humanistic care ability, and cultivate and improve the nursing nursing nursing nursing nursing ability based on the implicit curriculum perspective.Methods A total of 455 first-year nursing students from medical colleges and universities in Jilin province were randomly selected and questionnaire survey was conducted by using the caring ability evaluation scale.Results Nursing students had certain humanistic care ability, and the score of cognitive dimension was (63.39±11.02), the score of courage dimension was (69.04±10.70), the score of patience dimension was (47.28±9.54). The humanistic care ability of students was influenced by eight factors, such as nationality, gender, previous health status, whether they were familiar with the humanistic care content of nursing, whether the humanistic care atmosphere of the school was strong, whether they had served as a class cadre, whether they had the experience of taking care of patients and whether they lived in a caring family, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Integrating humanistic care into curriculum design, campus activities and campus culture construction is helpful to enhance the humanistic care ability of nursing students.
