摘 要:深化产教融合是国家、学校和企业等三方的共同诉求。目前,我国高职教育产教融合存在企业办学主体地位不突出、校企协同育人机制不健全、教育供给与产业需求失衡、高职教育对产业发展贡献度不高等困境,究其原因在于政府主导作用发挥不充分、院校服务产业发展能力不足、企业参与产教融合动力不足。在此基础上从政府、学校、企业等三方提出高职教育产教融合的协同推进策略:第一,政府应建立健全制度环境,强化宏观调控职能;第二,职业院校应提升服务产业发展能力,增强产教融合吸引力;第三,企业应强化办学主体地位,持续深化"参与办学"改革。Deepening the integration of vocational education with industry is a common pursuit of the state, school and enterprise. At present, there are few issues in regard to the industry-vocational education integration in China. Specifically, the dominant role of enterprise-run school is not prominent;the mechanism of school-enterprise collaborative education is not yet perfect;the ratio between supply of vocational education and demand of the industry is imbalanced;and the contribution of vocational education to industrial development is limited. The present study discussed several causes of the above issues, mainly the government has not played a leading role adequately;vocational colleges have inadequate abilities to support industrial development;and enterprises lack motivation to participate in the industry-vocational education integration. Therefore, based on perspectives of government, school and enterprise, the present study further proposed three-dimensional coordinated promotion strategies for the industry-vocational education integration. Particularly, the government should establish an environment with a comprehensive system and strengthen its macro-control function. Vocational colleges should enhance their abilities to better serve industrial development and improve their attraction to encourage more school-enterprise collaborations. Enterprises should improve their dominant roles in running schools and continue intensifying the reform of "participating in running schools".
