行业协会引导下的高职院校校企合作模式

摘　　要：当前中国高职院校校企合作存在较多问题,根源之一就是行业协会的缺位与失位,未能在校企合作中发挥应有的引导作用。因此,有必要借鉴发达国家行业协会参与职业院校校企合作的经验,采取有针对性的举措,打造基于行业协会的信息交流平台、强化行业协会牵头的利益共享机制以及完善行业协会参与的法律法规等,从而构建行业协会引导型高职院校校企合作模式,推动中国高职院校校企合作在更高层次有效运行。Nowadays, there are many problems in college-enterprise collaboration in higher vocational colleges. One of reasons is the lack of industry association, which fails to play a guiding role in college-enterprise collaboration. Hence, it is necessary to draw experience from developed country, take measures to forge information platform based on industry associations, construct profits-shared mechanism, and improve laws and regulations involving these associations, so as to construct industry association-oriented model of college-enterprise collaboration, and facilitate its effective operation in higher vocational colleges at higher levels.
