摘 要:基于教师职业、从教意愿、教师技能三个维度,考察近三年湖南省三所地方师范院校师范毕业生的从教情况,发现影响师范生从教的主要因素是教师职业的性质、师范生的个人因素以及师范院校对教师技能的培养效果三方面,在此基础上提出了扩大公费师范生培养规模、提升中小学教师社会地位、加强师范生的师德教育、完善师范生的课程体系、提高师范生的教师职业认同感、促使师范生熟练掌握教师技能等六条建议,以期为新时代的教师队伍建设提供决策参考。Based on the three dimensions of teachers’profession,teaching willingness and teaching skills,the research investigate the teaching situation of teachers who graduates from three local normal colleges in Hunan Province in the past three years.It is found that the main factors affecting their choice to be teachers are the nature of the teacher’s profession,the personal factors of normal students,and the effect of the training of teachers’skills in normal colleges.In order to provide decision-making reference for the construction of the teaching team in the new era,the present paper puts forward six effective suggestions to the government,society,normal colleges,and normal students themselves,such as expanding the training scale of public-funded normal students,promoting the social status of primary and secondary school teachers,strengthening the moral education of normal students,improving the curriculum system for normal university students,improving teachers’professional identity of normal students,and urging them to master teachers’skills proficiently.
