摘 要:本科生导师制与卓越教师培养是师范院校和教育主管部门关注和研究的热点。运用扎根理论探索本科生导师制对卓越教师成长的影响,为两者关系的研究提供了新视角。研究得出两者的关系模型由16个指标构成,分别是师德规范、教育情怀、科学精神、人格魅力、知识架构、教学能力、技术融合、科研能力、班级指导、综合育人、学生中心、终身学习、自主学习、交流合作、国际视野、评价与反思,进而归纳出师德熏陶、教学指导、育人教导、发展引导4个维度。研究得出的结论不仅与卓越教师的标准一致,而且与三维教学目标、师范生的核心素养一致。The undergraduates tutorial system and the training of outstanding teachers are the focus of attention and research of normal universities and educational authorities.The grounded theory is used to explore the influence of undergraduate tutorial system on the growth of outstanding teachers,which provides a new perspective for the study of the relationship between them.The research concludes that the relationship model of them is composed of 16 indicators,namely,normalization of teachers'morality,educational feelings,scientific spirit,personality charm,knowledge framework,teaching ability,technological convergence,scientific research ability,class guidance,comprehensive education,student-centered approach,self-regulated learning,lifelong learning,communication and cooperation,international vision,evaluation and reflection,then four dimensions are summarized:teacher's moral cultivation,teaching guidance,educational guidance and development guidance.The conclusions drawn from the study are consistent not only with the standards of outstanding teachers,but also with the three-dimensional teaching objectives and the core literacy of normal students.
