摘  要:伴随高等教育教学改革的不断深化,学生在教学环节中的主动性地位不断提升,要求教师在教学过程中更加重视学生学习主动性的发挥。通过将“物流客户服务”课程内容与角色扮演法教学模式相结合,让学生模拟真实工作环境进行角色扮演和实践,有助于实现“学生主体、教师主导”的教学目的。这不仅有利于增强学生对理论知识的掌握,也有利于学生操作技能与综合素质的提升。The teaching reform of higher education continues to advance,and students'initiative status in the teaching process is also constantly improved,which requires teachers to pay more attention to the guidance of students'active learning ability in the teaching process.In this paper,the content of logistics customer service is combined with the teaching characteristics of role-playing method,so that students can simulate the real working environment and carry out role-playing and practice.The real realization of the teaching mode of"the students as the center of education,teachers as the leading factor."is not only conducive to students'mastery of theoretical knowledge,but also conducive to the improvement of students'operational skills and comprehensive quality.
