摘　　要：为了对“食品包装技术”课程的教学内容、教学模式、教学手段和考评体系等方面进行全方位的改革,依托优慕课在线教学综合学习平台及食品营养与检测专业教学资源库,整合多种优质资源,构建“微课助学、小组对学、课堂共学、线上评学”四学一体的教学方式,构建一个科学合理、切实可行的“食品包装技术”混合课程学习体系,提升学生学习兴趣和学习效率,推动适合职业教育的课程改革。In order to carry out all-round reform of the teaching content,teaching mode,teaching methods and evaluation system of the Food Packaging Technology course,relying on the comprehensive learning platform of the online teaching and the teaching resource library of food nutrition and testing,integrate various high-quality resources.To build a four-integrated teaching method of“micro-study,group-to-study,classroom learning,online evaluation”to build a scientific,rational and practical Food Packaging Technology mixed curriculum learning system to enhance students'interest in learning and learning efficiency.Promote curriculum reforms suitable for vocational education.
