摘　　要：为提高《黄酒酿造技术》课程的教学质量,对教学内容和教学方法进行了研究,通过调整教学内容和采用场景教学、翻转课堂和参与科研课题研究等教学方法,较好地实现了提高学生实践能力和创新能力的预期目标。In order to improve the teaching quality of the Curriculum of brewing technology of Huangjiu,the teaching contents and methods are studied.By adjusting the teaching contents and adopting the teaching methods of scene teaching,flipped classroom and participating in the scientific research subjects,the expected goal of improving the students'practical ability and innovation ability is achieved.
