摘 要:目的探讨ECG临床教学中Sandwich教学法联合多媒体仿真技术的应用价值。方法选取2018年9月-2019年7月间于齐齐哈尔医学院附属第二医院进行见习医学生共计100名,将其以随机数字表法的分组方式平均分为实验组及对照组,每组50名。给予对照组学生传统教学法进行授课,给予实验组学生Sandwich教学法联合多媒体仿真技术进行授课,对比观察两组学生授课后理论成绩、能力评价及满意度等指标。结果经不同方式教学后,实验组学生理论成绩明显高于对照组学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组学生自主学习能力、理解能力、实践能力及表达能力均明显优于对照组学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对两组学生进行教学满意度调查发现,实验组学生满意率明显高于对照组学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用Sandwich教学法联合多媒体仿真技术对临床实习医生进行教学可有效提高学生学习效率,增强学生学习兴趣及实践能力,值得于临床中进一步推广使用。Objective To explore the application value of Sandwich teaching method combined with multimedia simulation technology in ECG clinical teaching. Methods From September 2018 to July 2019, a total of 100 trainees were enrolled in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical College, and they were evenly divided into experimental and control groups by random number table grouping. 50 people each. The students in the control group were given traditional teaching methods, and the students in the experimental group were given Sandwich teaching methods combined with multimedia simulation technology. Results The two groups of students were compared to observe the theoretical performance, ability evaluation, and satisfaction indicators after teaching. The theoretical scores of the students in the group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);the students in the experimental group were significantly better than the students in the control group in their autonomous learning ability, understanding ability, practical ability and expression ability(P<0.05);A survey of teaching satisfaction among the two groups of students found that the satisfaction rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Using Sandwich teaching method combined with multimedia simulation technology to teach clinical interns can effectively improve students’ learning efficiency, enhance students’ learning interest and practical ability, and it is worthy of further popularization and use in clinic.
