摘 要:安全是实训室顺利开展教学科研等工作的重要前提条件。高职院校以培养专业技能型人才为主要目标,实训教学学时占比大,科研任务较重,社会服务项目密集。因此,如何保障实训室的安全工作已成为高职院校实训室管理的重要环节。以国内近几年实训室安全事故为切入点,提出高职院校实训室安全管理存在的一系列问题,并根据食品类各专业实训室特点进行分析总结,以期为实训室安全管理工作的改革与创新提供参考。Safety is an important prerequisite for the training room to ensure teaching and scientific research smoothly.Higher vocational colleges take the training of professional skilled talents as the main goal,with a large proportion of practical teaching hours,heavy scientific research tasks and intensive social service projects.Therefore,how to ensure the safety of the training room has become a vital part of the training room management in higher vocational colleges.Based on the safety accidents in the training room in recent years in China and provide a theoretical basis for the reform and innovation of the safety management of the training room,this paper sums up a series of problems in the safety management of training room,and analyses and summarizes the characteristics of the training rooms of various food specialties.
