摘  要:甘肃民族师范学院地处甘南藏区,藏汉双语教学是学校的一大特色,涉及多个学科专业。文章从学生个性化角度入手,探索满足教学需求、适合藏汉双语学生的教学策略。从教学模式构建、课程结构改革、师资队伍建设、教学环节设计以及实践教学几个方面,研究解决如何不断提高藏汉双语教学效果、提升藏汉双语教学质量,达到培养合格人才、服务地方经济的办学目标这个地方民族本科院校亟待解决的难题。Gansu Normal University for Nationalities is located in the Gannan Tibetan area,and bilingual teaching of Tibetan and Chinese is a major feature of the university,involving many disciplines and specialties.For the individuality of students,this paper explores the teaching strategies that meet the teaching needs and are suitable for Tibetan Chinese bilingual students.From the aspects of construction of teaching mode,the reform of curriculum structure,the construction of teaching staff,the design of teaching links and the practical teaching,this paper studies how to improve the effect of Tibetan Chinese bilingual teaching,improve the quality of Tibetan Chinese bilingual teaching,and achieve the goal of training qualified talents and serving the local economy,which is the urgent problem to be solved in the local ethnic colleges and universities.
