竞赛困境下高职院校创新创业培育对策及路径研究

摘　　要：国家各部委相继推出"创青春""互联网+""挑战杯-彩虹人生"等众多创新创业类国家级赛事,使得高职院校参与创新创业类赛事的机会大大增加。但与本科院校相比,高职院校竞争力仍较弱,成绩亦相距甚远,成为当下高职院校创新创业教育的困境之一。针对这一竞赛困境,高职院校创新创业工作应持续推进,顶层设计要注重完善的政策制度与激励措施,加强"第一课堂"和"第二课堂"的学科融合与产教融合。同时,以学生大一至大三学年的成长时间轴线,从第一课堂、第二课堂教育内容,与大众教育、精英教育的层次教育出发,构建出三维矩阵的路径图。In the surrounding environment of nationwide“Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation”,ministries and commissions of the state have launched plentiful national entrepreneurship and innovation competition events as“China College Students’Entrepreneurship Competition”,“Internet Plus”and“Challenge Cup--Iri⁃descent Life”,allowing higher vocational schools to have greatly increasing opportunities to participate in such competition events.Yet,compared to universities,higher vocational schools are rather weak in terms of competi⁃tiveness and their competition results fall faraway behind,forming one of the dilemmas existing in their present entrepreneurship and innovation education.Specific to this predicament,this article suggests to continuously pro⁃mote entrepreneurship and innovation education in higher vocational schools,attach great importance to com⁃plete policies&systems and incentives while conducting top-level design,and intensify disciplines integration and industry-education integration in“First Classrooms”and“Second Classrooms”.In the meantime,it has con⁃structed a 3-D matrix roadmap,taking the growing-up of students from freshmen to juniors as timeline,starting from teaching contents of the First Classrooms and Second Classrooms,and lying on the teaching level of mass education and elite education.
