摘  要:中职生德育缺失主要归因于家校共育的缺失、失效或失衡。家校共育是实现中职生德育建设的重要途径和必要举措。探索科学的家校共育路径,建立良好的家校关系,有效结合家庭和学校、家长和教师在学生成长中的责任和义务,使资源得到最优化配置,形成良性共育,发挥“1+1>2”的育人功能,可以有效提升中职德育建设工作的实效性。The lack of moral education for secondary vocational students is mainly due to the lack of co-education or failure,or the imbalance.Home-school co-education is an important way and necessary measure to realize the moral education construction of secondary vocational students.To explore the path of scientific home-school co-education,to establish a good home-school relationship,to effectively combine the responsibilities and obligations of family and school,parents and teachers in the growth of students,to optimize the allocation of resources,to form a benign co-education,to play the educational function of 1+1>2,can effectively improve the effectiveness of moral education construction in secondary vocational schools.
