陶行知幼儿教育思想对我国学前教育改革的启示

摘　　要：陶行知先生的幼儿教育思想对我国学前教育改革具有重要价值。分析当下我国学前教育改革的现状后发现,学前教育改革的核心是提高幼儿园教育质量,而幼儿园园所管理与教师队伍建设是影响幼儿园教育质量提升的两大重要因素。结合陶行知幼儿教育思想,从生活、社会、教学三个维度对幼儿园园所管理及教师队伍建设两方面进行分析论述,提出合理化建议和实践方法,以期对当下幼教工作者在学前教育改革方面有所启示与帮助。Mr.Tao Xingzhi's early childhood education is of great value to the reform of preschool education in China.Analysis of the current status of the reform of preschool education in China shows that the core of the reform of preschool education is to improve the quality of kindergarten education,and the management of kindergartens and teachers'team construction are two important factors that affect the quality of kindergarten education.Combining Tao Xingzhi's preschool education ideas,this paper analyzes and discusses the management of kindergartens and teachers'team construction from the three dimensions of life,society and teaching,and puts forward rational suggestions and practical methods,with a view to inspiring and helping the current preschool education workers in the reform of preschool education.
