摘 要:在大蒜深加工过程中产生的废水因处理难度大、成本高而成为制约大蒜加工业业发展的重要因素,因此,大蒜废水的综合加工利用技术升级迫在眉睫。本文分析了大蒜废水的特性,如活性物质多、可回收利用率高、COD含量高、环境污染严重、处理难度大等;综述了近年来大蒜加工废水处理利用的研究现状,主要包括提取有机物、污水处理工艺等方面,总结了大蒜废水利用和处理过程中存在的问题,并对大蒜加工废水的综合利用前景进行了展望。In the garlic deep processing industry,the wastewater has become an important factor restricting the development of the industry due to the difficulty of treatment and high cost.The comprehensive processing and utilization technology upgrading of garlic wastewater is imminent.This paper analyzed the characteristics of garlic wastewater,such as many active substances,high recovery rate,high COD content,serious environmental pollution and difficult treatment.Then it summarized the research progress of garlic processing wastewater treatment and utilization in recent years,mainly including the extraction of organic matter,wastewater treatment process,etc.,summarized the problems in the utilization and treatment of garlic wastewater,and prospected the comprehensive utilization of garlic processing wastewater.
