摘 要:民族地区高等教育资源供给不平衡是制约民族地区院校发展的重要因素,抓牢办学质量和办学特色是提升地方民族高等院校核心竞争力的关键。现阶段地方民族院校需要破解教育资源和人才供需矛盾的现实难题,以办学质量和办学特色作为推动民族院校前行的双翼,重构办学特色系统,发挥地方民族院校教育供给侧的职能。统筹具有办学特色的人才观、采取“以强带弱”的学科、专业、课程三级组织联动发展模式,通过师资提升和制度执行来保障教育质量。地方民族院校依据本地区教育供需关系为导向,明晰人才培养和办学特色要素,实现人才培养的立体多维式发展,探索具有民族院校特色的办学风貌,促进民族地区人才供需的协调互动。The unbalanced supply of higher education resources in ethnic areas is an important factor that restricting the development of colleges and universities in this areas.Grasping the quality and characteristics of running schools is the key to improving the core competitiveness of local ethnic colleges and universities.At Present,local ethnic colleges and universities need to solve the practical problems of conflicting educational resources and talent supply and demand.The quality and characteristics of running schools are the wings that promote the advancement of ethnic colleges and universities,Bgcoordinating the concept of talents with school-running characteristics,adopting the three-level organizational,professional,and curriculum organizational development model of"strength and weakness",and guaranteeing the quality of education through the promotion of teachers and the implementation of the system.Based on the education supply-demand relationship in the region,local ethnic colleges and universities clarify the characteristics of talent training and school running,to realize the three-dimensional and multi-dimensional development of talent trainingby,exploreing the school-runig characteristics of ethnic collegesing,and promote the coordination and interaction of talent supply and demand in ethnic regions.
