摘  要:中国学生发展核心素养的提出将开启中国教育的新时代.小学语文教师的核心素养对未来学生核心素养的发展产生重要影响,因此,基于学生发展核心素养和小学教师专业标准对小学语文教师核心素养进行探索总结,是促进小学语文教师专业发展和更好教书育人的重要途径.通过对500名小学语文教师的调查发现,小学语文教师在专业理念与师德方面整体表现较好,但部分新入职教师缺乏正确的教学态度和行为;在专业知识方面,小学语文教师具备充足的语文学科知识和学生发展知识,但缺乏足够的通识性知识和教育教学知识;在专业能力方面,部分教师在语文教研和教学创新方面能力不足.在今后学习和工作中,小学语文教师要加强教育教学知识的积累,培育正确的教学态度和行为;加强通识性知识的积累,使教育工作锦上添花;增强创新意识,提高教学创新能力;实现互帮互助,构建教师学习共同体.The development of core qualities of Chinese students will open a new era of Chinese education.The core qualities of primary school Chinese teachers have an important impact on the development of future students’core qualities.Therefore,the exploration and summary of the core qualities of primary school Chinese teachers based on the development of students'core qualities and the professional standards of primary school teachers is an important way to.promote the professional development of primary school Chinese teachers and to better teach students.Based on the survey of 500 primary school Chinese teachers,it is found that the primary school Chinese teachers perform well in professional concept and ethics,but some of the new teachers lack correct teaching attitude and behavior.In terms of professional knowledge,primary school Chinese teachers have sufficient knowledge of Chinese subject and student de-velopment,but lack general knowledge and teaching knowledge;In terms of professional ability,some teachers show insufficient ability in teaching,research and teaching innovation.Therefore,Chinese teachers in primary and secondary schools should strengthen the accumulation of teaching knowledge and cultivate correct teaching atitude and behav-ior;To strengthen the accumulation of general knowledge and do better in teaching;To enhance the consciousness of innovation and improve the ability of teaching innovation;To realize the mutual help and build a learning community.
