摘 要:促进产教融合、校企双主体育人是解决我国职业教育企业参与动力不足,教育链与产业链衔接不够紧密的必由之路之一。以某高职学院服装与服饰设计专业探索实践现代学徒制模式下的校企双主体育人模式为例,通过现代学徒制制度建设、课程体系构建、过程实施、双导师机制、评价考核五个方面的校企共同建设,有效地解决了校企合作紧密度不够、企业融入度不高、人才培养目标与岗位需求标准不对接等问题,进一步促进了产教融合、教育链与产业链的紧密衔接。To promote the integration of industry and education,the mode of school-enterprise“dual subjects”system is one of the inevitable ways to solve the problem of the lack of participation motivation of enterprises for vocational education in China and insufficient connection between the education chain and the industrial chain.In this paper,the author takes a vocational college's Fashion Design major as an example to explore and practice the school-enterprise“dual subjects”mode under the modern apprenticeship mode,and through the construction of five aspects of the school-enterprise joint construction,which are modern apprenticeship system,curriculum system formulation,process implementation,dual tutor mechanism,and evaluation,the following problems are solved,such as the lack of close cooperation between schools and enterprises,the low degree of integration of enterprises,the mismatch between talent training objectives and post demand standards.It further promotes the integration of industry and education,and the close connection between education chain and industrial chain.
